FUNDRAISING AT ENGLEWOOD

 

Hey there! We’re excited to help you raise funds for your cause through an Englewood Brewing fundraiser. At this time, Englewood Brewing fundraisers are available in-restaurant only, with 20% of sales donated directly back to your cause (Excluding alcohol, tax, and gratuity. Subject to meeting the minimum fundraiser sales described below) for every table that presents your organization’s partner coupon. All guests must submit the partner coupon when paying the check in order to be counted toward the fundraiser. 

We partner with many various types of organizations for fundraisers:

  • K–12 Schools (PTAs/PTOs, STEM Clubs, Prom)

  • University Groups (Intramural Sports, Clubs, College Radio)

  • Youth Sports Teams (Little League, Soccer, Basketball, Lacrosse, etc.)

  • Community Organizations

  • Non-Profits (American Cancer Society, Animal Shelters, United Way, etc)

  • Food and Sustainable Agriculture Groups (Future Farmers, Community Gardens, 4-H)

If your request falls into one of these categories (or one similar) and meets the following guidelines, please submit an application through the link below. Due to the number of requests we receive, we cannot honor them all. If your request is approved, we will contact you ASAP.

APPLICATION

We need at least four (4) weeks’ notice, before your requested date, in order to schedule your event. This is to give us time to prepare and you time to promote your fundraiser!

REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THE DONATION OF FUNDRAISER PROCEEDS

In order for purchases to count towards your fundraiser, your supporters must show a physical fundraiser flyer. A $150 minimum event sales amount is required to be eligible to receive any donation of event sales.

  • Once your date is confirmed, Englewood Brewing will email you a customized partner coupon to distribute to friends, family, and co-workers, as well as members of your organization. Partner coupons must be circulated prior to your event and may not be distributed on Englewood Brewing premises

ELIGIBILITY

Now, let’s make sure we’re a good fit for a partnership! Before submitting an application, please check the list below to make sure you aren’t fundraising for any of the following causes:

  • Individual causes (scholarships, stipends, personal medical expenses, personal events or goals)

  • For-profit ventures (your startups, businesses)

  • Religious groups for religious purposes (youth groups or mission trips)

  • Lobbying or political groups (there are other fundraising opportunities for that)

  • Individual study, research or travel grants (like band tours or backpacking trips)

  • Anything else (Just in case we decide isn’t a fit. Believe us, we’ve seen it all)

If we find that your fundraiser was ineligible within 30 days after the event, we will request you refund us the earnings.

DISCRIMINATION

Englewood Brewing will not support organizations that discriminate against a person or a group on the basis of age, political affiliation, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation or religious belief.
